Uniform

At Harrogate High School, we have high standards with regards to uniform.

We allow non-branded shirts, skirts and trousers. We do ask that the school blazer along with a clip-on school tie, PE sweatshirt and hoodie are branded. These can be purchased from Rawcliffes on East Parade, Harrogate.

Nose and facial piercings are not permitted in school, students may wear small studs for ear piercings. Students’ hair must be appropriate for school and of natural colour.

If you purchase a plain black non-branded blazer, plain black PE sweatshirt or plain black PE hoodie please contact the school directly and we will advise where to purchase an iron-on logo. See below for our full uniform requirements.

Second Hand Uniform

To support families, school holds a small selection of second-hand uniform.â€¯ Please contact the school office directly to enquire what stock is available.

Essential Equipment

Students must bring their own bag (that should fit an A4 folder) and pencil case which should include a minimum of; a pen, pencil, ruler and rubber. Students should also bring a basic geometry/maths set including protractor, ruler, compass and set square. A scientific calculator is also required (e.g. Casio FX-85GTX GCSE).
