Our facilities

Harrogate High School is an excellent venue for a wide range of activities; from sports and entertainment to conference events. 

With a wide range of spaces including sports, ICT, arts, science, teaching facilities, drama studio, performance space and a light, airy learning resource centre available to the local and wider community at affordable and competitive prices, we provide community opportunities to hire all year round.

Our facilities may be booked by community groups for use during the evenings, weekends or holidays. With easy access into Harrogate and free on-site parking, this is an ideal venue choice to run your club, group or event.

Img 1Learning Resources Centre

This is a triple height space with an area set up with PC benching and a separate study area.

Ideal for larger courses, a training space with breakout area or suitable as a reception area for an event.

Area: 167sqm.

Img 3Conference, Meetings and Performances

We have a large performance space with bleacher seating, plenty of classrooms and a Learning Resource Centre which could be used an event reception area. Our drama studio is adjacent to the performance hall, ideal for backstage activities room when running shows.   Seating capacity: 300. Area: 263 sqm

We have experience running large events that take over the whole of the school such as the Harrogate Competitive Festival for Music, Speech and Drama.

Our Sports Centre is home to a fabulous 5 court sports hall, dance studio and fitness suite.

Facilities also include fields, pitches, baseball diamond, MUGA pitch and astroturf pitch.

Area of Dance Studio: 120 sqm
